The Healthy Way Café provides a selection of healthy foods and beverages that can be enjoyed in our lobby area or grab & go options to take on the run. Items include freshly prepared, organic options including smoothies, salads, paninis and sushi. Starbucks coffee and espresso are served as well. The Café hosts free monthly healthy cooking demonstrations to show how easy it can be to eat well. Members can charge Café purchases to their VHWFC member account. We hope this added convenience makes it easier to purchase healthy food options provided by the Café.
