TRX® Circuits

TRX® stands for Total Resistance Exercises.  The TRX® suspension straps use body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.  TRX® training is for all levels -from elite athletes to beginners.  TRX® training is an incredibly effective workout!

*TRX® Circuits begins at 5:45pm. Use the TRX® Suspension Trainer and various other equipment to build core stability, strength, & endurance. *Come a few minutes early to your 1st TRX® class to learn how to adjust the equipment.
