Pilates Props

Based on the works of Joseph Pilates, experience a classical mat class appropriate for all levels.  Learn a series of exercises that focus on flexibility, core strength and stability, balance, and stamina.  Several of the exercises will use props (magic circle, rubber balls, and bands) to enhance the “experience” of the exercise.  Props can sometimes make an exercise more difficult OR provide the support needed to modify the level of difficulty.
