Build a Better Butt

Learn to perform functional movements to enhance your stability and mobility in your lower body using a variety of equipment.  Engage and target your glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. Your glutes will thank you! Join us in Studio A. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
